PURE PARADISE PRACTICES

The practices we recommend are simple and effective.

1ST PRACTICE

Giving meaning, purpose, and love to our life and work

Let us combine our talent, our passion, our needs and those of others with our work and our rewards. Let us work in flow, without stress; let us alternate between creation and recreation; let us savor life, with lightness and grace.

2ND PRACTICE

Let us adopt thoughts, emotions, practices, consumptions and desires that are healthy for the body, heart, soul, spirit and life.

“You shall worship all that is good and lovely with all your soul, with all your heart, and with all your strength.”

3RD PRACTICE

Guilt-free pleasure

Socrates said: "Happiness is pleasure without remorse."

A pleasure aligned with our deepest values leaves no trace of guilt or regret.

Let us offer ourselves—and others—pleasures without remorse: true joys, happiness, bearers of authentic pride.

4TH PRACTICE

Let’s reconnect with Nature

Let's take the time to regularly immerse ourselves in Nature. It is our origin and our resource. For the great thinker Spinoza, it is the equivalent of God, eternal and infinite...

It rebalances our mind, regenerates our body and opens our heart.

5TH PRACTICE

The 5 toltec Agreements by Miguel Ruiz

  • 1st Agreement: Always do your best

  • 2nd Agreement: Be impeccable with your word

  • 3rd Agreement: Don’t take anything personally

  • 4th Agreement: Don’t make assumptions

  • 5th Agreement: Be skeptical but listen

6TH PRACTICE

Let us become whole human beings

  • Basic beings and workers, in direct connection with ourselves, things and life;

  • Intelligent, loving, skilled in material life; artisans, entrepreneurs, psychologists, scientists…;

  • Fighters, for our own improvement and for high and generous missions;

  • Spiritual and cultural beings.

Let us cultivate transcendence: Feet on the ground, head in the stars, and let us cultivate immanence: Connection to the present and to all that we love.

And let's not forget the humor and often the party.

7TH PRACTICE

Let us rediscover the desires of our pure, authentic, present Being

Let's free ourselves from the past. Our negative thoughts or behaviors are often the residue of old traumas. The past is over.

Let us also purify ourselves of inappropriate desires.

Let us reconnect with our deepest desires, with our pure Being. Let us visualize, believe, love and give thanks.

Explore the unconscious and the soul: source of life, will, and ethics. Connected to the heart, to love, to the quantum field, to the divine.

We are what we choose to become.

8TH PRACTICE

Let us rediscover, purify, and update our best spiritual and philosophical roots.

Let us adopt a spiritual, symbolic and psychological vision here:

For the great thinker Spinoza and for many other esoteric spiritualities, God is in us and we in God (en-thos in Greek, so our vocation is to be enthusiastic). For Spinoza, there is even an equality between God and Nature; God being the infinite without which nothing can be, nor be conceived.

For Spinoza, the highest good, virtue, wisdom, and happiness are the knowledge and love of God, as well as the knowledge and love of the essence of things, starting from the adequate idea of God. The mind must be occupied and the imagination cultivated in the service of the intellectual love of God and of lofty desire.

Freedom of mind, knowledge, love, joy and bliss are one.

Discoveries in quantum physics and other sciences point in the same direction. God or Nature are equivalents to the quantum field, as are the moment of quantum entanglement, the observer effect, and more.

Let us marvel, enchant, and enthuse!

9TH PRACTICE

Let’s cultivate heart-mind coherence through breathing

To practice cardiac coherence regularly:

  • Pay attention to your heart,

  • Inhale for 4 seconds,

  • Exhale 6 seconds,

  • Repeat,

  • Continue these breaths while visualizing a scene full of joy or love.

This breathing soothes, aligns and activates a connection between your brain, your emotions and the universal field.

10TH PRACTICE

Let us become aware of our gratitude, our love and our forgiveness, our desires and our intentions.

Every morning:

  • Mentally and emotionally write down several reasons why you are grateful;

  • Mentally and emotionally send your love to several people, including your loved ones whom you have decided to forgive, for the peace and good of your and their souls;

  • Meditate very briefly on these subjects;

  • Set your intention(s), or request to clarify your mind.

  • Meditate on it very briefly.

If you practice this regularly, you will quickly feel the benefits.

11TH PRACTICE

Creative Thinking & Semi-Lucid Dreams

Once your mind is freed from the wounds of the past and nourished by the wisdom and practices of Pure Paradise, cultivate creative thinking on a daily basis: Imagine inspired projects, nourished by love and intention and let yourself be guided towards what is good, beautiful and concrete.

Before going to sleep, invite semi-lucid dreams. You can consciously interact with the dream, influencing its unfolding and exploring its symbols.

These semi-lucid dreams are often more intense, richer, and more realistic than ordinary dreams. They can become a valuable source of understanding and inspiration.

Even nightmares can be repurposed for the better. Voluntarily performing difficult actions in these dreams stimulates neurons, strengthens positive emotions and confidence, and can even influence epigenetics.

How to promote semi-lucid dreams?

Before falling asleep, ask your unconscious mind to experience a semi-lucid dream during the night or nights that follow. This simple intention can be enough to trigger one.

12TH PRACTICE

Daily meditation

There are many ways to meditate, all beneficial. We recommend short, regular meditations, first thing in the morning and last thing at night before bed.

During these moments, focus on a positive desire or intention, imagining it already or soon to be realized. Then fully feel the joy and gratitude.

Science confirms the benefits of meditation on the body and mind. For meditation to be effective, it is essential to be in a state of calm and serenity.

This calm is naturally present upon waking and before sleep, unless negative thoughts about the past or the future invade us. It is therefore important to let go and return to the present moment. Focusing on your breathing at the beginning of meditation helps.

In this state, you can go deeper and connect in thought, imagination, sensation, and emotion to the quantum field, the field of infinite possibilities. This field responds to our attention: what we focus on tends to manifest.

This is why it is essential to nurture positive thoughts and emotions during meditation. The more aligned our minds and emotions are, the more likely our wishes are to come true.

So meditate on your higher desires, on God or on elements of nature, on Buddha, or on beauty, or on what inspires you, or on nothingness, which does not exist, it is as you wish.

… Take control of your life and of your emotions
